How to reverse sleep deprivation on face?

For the past month I've been attempting to sleepmax because sleep deprived face is my biggest falio I look like an ogre with the lines and dark circles and droopy lips how the FUCK do I fix that? It's literally preventing me from ascending!
For the past month I've been consistently sleeping 8 hours, never overslept on the weekends, and never went to bed later than midnight. And I've seen no improvements in my face. However when I get 2 hours less sleep in a night, my face instantly degrades.

My current stack is I just take some ashwagandha in a glass of water 2 hours before bed. That improves my sleep quality, but my face still looks shit.

You've been caught up on the idea that you need to sleep 8 hours, but why? Because the government says that's how much we're allowed to sleep? Sleep as much as you can until you can't anymore, when you lie in bed without falling asleep, then it's time to wake up.

I could try that.
8-9 hours is generally recommended by sleepmaxing guides and resources online. I thought they know best so I sticked to 8 horus

from studies athletes even improve with 10 hours of sleep, though not sure how they managed that, but probably some exercise recovery. maybe they're just dog shit tired so of course they need sleep, which somewhat invalidates the study; i've slept 15 hours before

if anything corporate wants you to sleep less and be a worker drone
