hangout with narcissistic people, and people with higher status or just stop caring really

depends on what kind of trauma.

you need someone to talk to about that, its even better if you can talk to people with same trauma as you.

you will understand it better, you will feel better knowing that you are not the only one that survived that kind of thing

this next step is kinda idk you will say jfl but

if you dont know anyone just go on reddit you will for sure find someone with that has same trauma, see what people in comments said, read every single comment.

if that trauma turns into something like "yea nothing special" you will for sure feel better wont think about that and not even think that your childhood needs to be relived or stimulated.
