How to run first cycle

If you want to run a cycle but you can’t afford or couldn’t care enough to get frequent blood-work done don’t even start

If you don’t have stable income for gear (even do its very cheap) you shouldn’t

First thing before even starting
get your blood-work done then you know what to look at when on cycle (small changes and most importantly how much you aromatise)

On average the ratio between testosterone and estriol is about 3:1 (this doesn’t mean it applies to you) hence why you have to check before starting the cycle

Start the cycle bulking or cutting?
Always bulk don’t care enough to explain why

Now for the basic to have
when E2 gets to high when blood pressure is to high or just post cycle treatment

Get these on hand

- telmisartan
- PCT (gotta choose what you want it to be)
- blood pressure monitor

Now you start the cycle

Choose between 250/300mg test E
split up in 3 doses 300mg that would be 100mg every 3 days

Get blood-work done after 6 weeks

Things to look out for

Gyno/E2

Sensitive nippels don’t get scary they will look different this doesn’t mean gyno just on cycle they look a little different if they really start getting sensitive even hurting you might have high E2 you can play this ear by ear you also get a little bloated if you really start getting emotional over nonsense get it check as soon as possible some ppl function great on high E2 just naturally they aromatise much this isn’t bad if you look at for a muscle building perspective

Blood pressure
Keep it in check you wanne aim for at least 120/80 at max 130/80

Check BP every single morning right after waking up sit down don’t move just sit the same after 5 mins do reading then wait 1/2 mins then do it again do this 3 times then look at the lowest you’ve scored

If you are higher then that don’t take the
telmisartan yet we want to prevent taking a different drug to fix a problem from the other drug just start doing frequent cardio this will lower it if it doesn’t then you can take 20mg
telmisartan to start with everyday before bed

PCT

I don’t wanne go into this because honestly I don’t know enough and i don’t care to it’s a outdated wait to do it just blasted and cruise 👍

Most would say run for 12/20 weeks then run a pct just don’t it’s garbage you are giving your body a roller coaster of hormones and most ppl start the new cycle right after their body just got adjust to making test again it mostly a user problem but it still sucks

In my opinion you should go to 150mg test E week after 20 weeks have a health phase when healthy trow in different compound

If you have let me know this isn’t really bone growth focused just to put on size

Also don’t listen to the retards how are saying to run a crazy amount of gear only thing that’s crazy anabolic is food and insuline you can raise your insuline sensitivity just with food and I can’t stress this enough food is more important then anything else but that’s a different topic
