do the cut very slowly and dont cut too far
most importantly, try my theory
put a little bit of rapamycin on to your cut to delay wound healing, its ok if rapamycin gets in your eyes but still dont be reckless with it
idk if its ok if whatever excipient that you would dissolve rapamycin in gets in your eyes tho

if it works you'll have to cut far less often, roi is too good to not try it for canthus cutters

First you want some alcohol you can rub around your medial canthus area. be careful of your eyes.
Have a sharp knife that you have cleaned with any technique that is satisfactory to you and then just cut down and into your nose but only the skin

Also mark as solution pls
