Im 99% sure you won't get a 20k loan as soon as you turn 18, especially for surgery since they ask you what the loan is for, You could just start working at mcdonalds and wageslaving as well as going to the gym, once you are 18 you will have a nice body + you will have some money saved up and a nice body so no need for steroids/peptides, Id say sell the useless stuff you have and start as soon as you can
