just talk to them like normal human beings about academic topics that they teach, after you feel there's enough trust do small talk abt normal topics then just be nice af and invite them to have a coffee or sum and shoot your shot, don't be a weirdo, make it look like you're genuinely interested in them, i banged my uni chemistry teacher that way
