If you have a Macbook (don't know how to do this on PC), then go on Zoom and use your iPhone camera as the video device (it's called the "continuity camera" function on Mac OS).
You can look at yourself from all angles using the rear camera of the iPhone in real-time without it being a filtered post-processed video or photo. It's also not mirrored, so you can see all asymmetries. And it's 4K quality so you can see every single fucking pore and detail on your face.
