Back posture:

Ideal posture is having a perfectly straight back while having a very slight head tilt downwards to make it seem as though your posture isn't perfect.

This adds ~1cm of height in perception long term

Foot posture:

Your shoes should ideally have enough wiggle room that you can slightly go on your tiptoes inside of your shoe slightly.

You should do this while walking too, a slight tiptoe walk,

This adds ~0.7cm of height long term

Shoes:

People overlook the fact shoes shrink

The average zoomer in university wears shoes that were 1" tall on average, and has now shrunk to ~0.87" on average

Ideally, the most you can get away with it while it looks NT is having shoes that are 1.7-1.8" tall after shrinking(~2-2.1" from the manufacturer)

Having 2.5cm above average shoe height will add around 2cm in height perception at a glance depending on how well you cover them(people will instantly notice a larger heel and will subtract height mentally)

And factoring the times that close friends see you barefoot and your partner, theyd end up increasing your height perception long term by ~1.25cm

Hair:

Depending on your skull shape and how your hair grows you can add up to 1cm by using your hair to make it seem like your skull is higher up than it is

This is cope for most people though and works best usually with a short skull

It's easy to get this wrong and for it to subtract height if you have a bad skull shape for this

Either way, you can permanently add ~3cm to your height long term while looking completely NT

People often say that there's no point since you can lie about having extra inches anyway but what matters isn't what people think you are heightwise what matters is how tall you actually look in comparison to the people around you

It doesn't matter if you are 5'7 and convince a dementia patient that you are 6'0, you will still subconsciously get treated by them like a 5'7 person

Whereas this type of frauding adds actual perceived height which if you have a brain is all that you care about and all that you should care about

Its not retarded. Bitches put like 6ml of cum into their lips and add like 3" of eyelash extensions onto their subhuman eye area so you can fraud 6" height

So airmax 97 brings me to approximately 6’1.5 now add in 4” soles I’m 6’5.5 but you cant say .5 so I’m 6’6 now factor in how everyone says they’re an inch taller than they actually are does that mean I can reach 6’7
