How to shorten midface

Is there any way to shorten the midface? I dont have a long philtrum (14mm)

64mm IPD / 70mm Midface length = 0.91 midface ratio

My nasion to subnasale is 5.6cm and idk if thats long or normal

I have somewhat thin caucasian lips so would getting lip filler and getting a 12mm philtrum be good? or is that too short, would result in a .94 mfr which is ideal

Yea, my philtrum is 14 right now and getting lip filler to make it 12mm which would also give me good lips would make my midface ratio in the ideal range, but my philtrum too short maybe?

u cant without surgery, maybe try pressure under jaw to squeeze ur face, but outside it u cant do nothing, if u do get surgery and u want a shorter midface get this A mid-facelift, sometimes called a cheek lift
if u dont have money try getting maybe bigger eyebrows and better looking eyes or hair or cheeks and jaw so u can cover up ur long midface

A procedure to lift my nose would save me a lot because i could move my lips up and directly shorten it, does a midface lift do that? or is the only way to get a shorter nose a counterclockwise le fort?

Be happy with that bro i have 63-64 mm ipd with 72 mm midface length but my philtrum is like 18mm

1 lip lift and its better than mine bro, bring ur philtrum down to 13mm and ur midface will be good

My maxila is still flat asf and long and my infras are low set asf and terrible under eye support, I need lf2/3 but also I think a 5mm lip lift would look a lil gay no?

very high iq answer first person i ever saw mentionning midface lift to give the illusion of a shorten midface but how would that work exactly could you elababorate ? . when i lift my tissue up it weirdly gives the illusion of a shorter midface but i don't know if it's feasible surgically somheow
