How to shorten philtrum

I know my philtrum is brutal and no upper lip but how tf do i get like at least 2:1 chin to philtrum?
Had an underbite till 15 and fixed it myself (16 now) and I‘m gonna get braces+jaw surgery when i‘m 18+chin implant but I think my chin is pretty tall already so idk if i should get lip flip/lip lift.
And how do I fraud until surgery (used dermastamper+volufiline already)View attachment 3010574

TBH Photo shopping, cant escape the thin lip. trust me im right with u. wait until ur 18 and once u turn 18.. ascend bhai.
