How to shrink nose

So my nose is pretty below average. It has a big tip and a fairly noticeable dorsal hump but nothing crazy. It also has them weird strawberry seed looking things on the skin (I’m sure there’s a name for them idfk).

Can anyone recommend any methods / products / surgeries to me?

Surgeries are a last resort I’ll do anything other than them unless that’s the only thing that would work

do the charcoal nose pore strips it will get rid of the strawberry appearance but also do the thing where u squeeze ur nose up and the excess oil should get out aswell,

Lose weight, drop your bf percentage and do skin care to handle the sebum production.
Everything else is cope and/or harmful, except nosejob, but you have to get a morph with ideal nose for your face when you are maxxed out to show your surgeon.

apply thick layer of cortisone to nose every night, cortisone permantly causes fat atrophy and thins the skin on the nose. Results may take 3 mouths but it makes a very noticeable difference

Can you breathe thru ur nose well? If not could even be inflammation, try Claritin and Flonase.

Yes i can vouch for this , my nose is much more aesthetic and less bulbous after daily nasal corticosteroids
