How to shrink nose?

my nose is straight from the side profile however it is too wide and bulbous from the front I have very bad nose acne which is causing it to swell and appear bigger which I’ve had for the past two years so I’m starting accutane to see if that makes a difference until I get rhino at 18 however if I see no difference from accutane what else could I do?
