im on accutane my nose used to be way bigger in the past with my acne now it’s smaller and i’ve used hydrocortisone which does not seem to work it kinda does but barely anything ik my nose isn’t inflamed from anything atleast but idk how to shrink it and i lowkey wanna fake referral for insurance payed nose surgery but im scared ill get botched and dont wanna risk it so idk what to do my nose looks normal here its not big but its just bulbous like the shape is the problem and gives like a button illusion in my face sets everything in my face off

I actually have the same nose as you bro your nose doesn't look bad only thing I could think of is to lose weight. Like I said my nose looks the same and I don't think it looks bad but maybe I'm just coping. Don't worry about it though that's my advice; nose is the least important feature and if your other features are good it won't matter.
