I made this for myself btw
1· Stop Overusing the Masseters
1- Quit gum and hard foods
2· Massage and Myofascial Release
1- Do daily self massage by pressing into the masseter and moving in small circles
2- Use tools like a gua sha or jade roller gliding from chin to ear
3- Find tight spots and apply steady pressure to release trigger points
3· Warm Compress and Relaxation
1- Apply a warm towel to your cheeks for ten to fifteen minutes a day
2- Pair this with gentle jaw relaxation exercises like slow open and close
4· Lose body fat
1- Cutting body fat will make your face look less bulky around the masseter area
5· Correct massater asymmetry Naturally
1- Start eating more on the other side
2- Massage the bigger side more frequently to reduce tension
6· posture
1- Keep your lips closed gently and your teeth slightly apart or lightly touching without clenching
2- Breathe comfortably through your nose without forcing tongue placement or jaw tension
3- Keep your tongue relaxed and resting lightly inside your mouth without pushing upward
