i was recently looking for ways to inhibit my emotions(yeah I know shut up) not entirely but i found out that an enlarged amygdala actually has a significant impact on how your cortisol and anxiety regulates, so yeah it became an immediate threat to me
The Amygdala is a almond shaped thing which is kind of in the middle of your brain it processes emotions, fear, anxiety, aggression and stuff
