No it's not retard. You could improve your IQ by removing negative factors like sleep deprivation chronic stress etc, but you're innate ability isn't getting better.

You can also raise your flooring by increasing efficiency.

But there's 0 proof despite extensive studying and experimentation that u can "easily" raise your ceiling in IQ tests.

take a bunch of research chemicals nigga. take Cerebrolysin and Acd856 along with something stimulating like Adderall, armodafinil. (these actually are researched) or even Kw-6356 (not nearly as much research.) but just make sure you are actually doing something productive beforehand; you should likely take this right before starting something important like studying or taking a test--- etc. etc. also if you give yourself a brain tumor it's not on me and none of these things are guaranteed to make you smarter lmao but you might as well try

so many things, do your own research or else you can get bad information. what what specifically are you looking to improve? nothing will change/boost your iq other than enviroment (possibly) but things cerebrolysin can increase neuroplasticity but can also bring about dementia earlier than expected (you likely be fine for at minimum the next 20 years tho), you can also take adhd meds (basically meth) but hopping off those after regular use can cause worsening effects of brain fog and decreased ability to focus compared to before the use of it. semax can be used to better your recall ability and is good as preventative measure against any sort of neurological deterioration but semax is known to cause anxiety and panic attacks so people use selank in tandem with semax to prevent that.

what @YourSkinOnMySkin said is extremely important, make sure you get a dopamine detox meaning minimize your screen time and gaming time and if you do any drugs such as weed try to hop off. constant socialization is good, and practice makes perfect, regularly doing math problems and anything like sorting through logic problems can help bring on brain restoration. enviroment is also extremely important, hang around retards youll become one, hang around people who put in effot to improve themselves youll end up like them.
