context - first signs of recession were when i was around 16. corners were thinning but hair was still there. fast forward to now, i’m 18 and i’m in between 1 and 2 on the norwood scale? hair isn’t thin at all anywhere else apart from the temples a bit. not sure if it’s genetic, older brother isn’t receding at all and father in his late 20s/early 30s had a slightly worse hairline than mine. i started puberty early, think i’m relatively done by now. diet was pretty shit throughout, didn’t get much sun, etc. didn’t think to get the hairline checked because i was stupid lol
is there any way to reverse this? pls nothing dumb like transplant, i can’t afford that. as many options would help, thanks
