HOW TO SPEED UP TMJ/TMD RECOVERY

the right side of my jaw clicks whenever i chew, it doesn’t hurt or feel uncomfortable but it makes a pretty loud click each time. i’m assuming this is tmd, is there any way to speed up the recovery from it?

It is permanent.Stop fucking up your jaw. Don't do anything than can stress you jaw other than eating. I had it and it took me around 2-3 years to fix it still occurs sometimes when I stress it enough.

I don't know I haven't done anything but it can stop after few days of resting but not completely gone.

Stop it for few days and see if it stops or not it can get serious if you continue to do it.

what helped me was controlling my urge to pop my jaw at random times when id think it was "locked". since i stopped doing that my tmj symptoms are almost over.

I had it for like 3-4 years didn't treat it whatsoever, it didnt hurt or anything like that it was just annoying clicking when chewing or opening my mounth wide (right side clicked) and then i started actually taking care of myself and i asked my dentist about it he said it's probably due to bruxism and recommended me mounth guard for sleeping and after wearing it every single night even tho i chew regular gum it was gone after 3 months

it was made by "him" costed me 40e and it was 100% worth it

ye i didnt give a single fuck about myself... was too busy playing games and shit.. and since quiting i have been improving my life such as healthmaxxing in general
