It sucks that you have that but during that time either get in audiobooks, listen to podcasts which actually help and not some cope shit like Mike Thurston or whatever, listen to good music and by that I mean stuff which transcends your consciousness, not some degenerate ass shit actual art is what I'm referring to or you could just be a creep and stare at women, your choice.
