how to start eating raw things?

i wanna try start eating raw things, like raw meat, raw chicken.. etc..
but idk how, like what should i do to not get a virus or sum shit? just can someone explain everything to me?

tbh after meat gets frozen it tastes bad. Ima just be lean for now and when I have more money Ill start hunting duck and fishing for salmon.

Raw meat does nothing if you're past puberty. Plus your diet will need to be 100 percent clean in puberty.
