I’m 120 pounds at 5”10 and I’m tryna not be skinny, does anyone have any tips on beginning?
 
do an Upper/Lower program 4x week, look at jeremy ethier, he has free pdfs of a number of plans
 
I’ve been to the gym I just have no idea what to do and this website is usually helpful
 
I’ve heard of this, things like isometrics(I think that’s what they’re called)
