I wanna start gymcelling to become stronger. Also, no excersises that will stunt height growth.

I will soon stop gymcelling all together and hire an entourage of 6'8" bbc's to guard my every move all weekend

There is no exercise that stunts height growth this is a myth

Yo, this is legit. I must start gymcelling. Any way to do it at home?

but since playboy is worried about his growth id reccommend no exercises that will place strain on his cns

hence no deadlifts etc

Which excersises do you recommend? brother
just push ups, pullups, dips etc. You wont build much muscle though because you are 6'7 (taller = harder to look muscular) and calisthenics can only get u so far

Go to gym if u have chancd
