If people see you around, they normalize and accept you. If they don’t, it's like you don’t exist. (I've experienced this literally everywhere, like gym, sports, schools, cafes etc)

Yeah. Show up, talk a bit, repeat. Familiarity > charisma.
Charisma only works when the people you inflict it on see that other people around are comfortable with it and especially with YOU.

try to relate without pushing yourself onto other people and being annoying, don’t follow and beg to be friends with these people but make yourself known, looks help a lot unfortunately so try to maximise it as much as you can at the same time but you should be fine even if you’re not below ltn
