im alr on test what can i add to fully harden my look while i get to sub 9% bf im guaranteed to lose some mass or glycogen .. how can i be optimal and stay hard / full?

Mast, Primo, tren, var are best.

keep carbs and water intake high
you'll be losing fat but won't look super flat/dry during your cut

Training wise lower volume and increase intensity, higher weight lower sets creates more density

You need to utilize your carbs more effectively. Or you could just pop var :lul::lul: (not recommending btw I dont advocate for orals)

If you handle Tren well i dont see why not. I’m actually doing the exact same thing as you, trying to get to 9% so I’ve been running 150 Tren, clen, 150 test, and a shit ton of Reta.

I notice better fullness on var compared to Tren, but Tren makes you look like harder/drier ykwim?

But yea id say low dose Tren tbh bro, you’ll get the benefits on a low as fuck dose you can do like 10 mg/day.

trt + tren 50mg a week with nac tudca and milk thistle or

var + higher test dose like 250+ ?

best in terms for my health + collagen and look?
Just do ace low dose daily, that way you can drop it if you notice something you don’t like (usually i advocate for longer esters though)

For health it depends, me personally var hits my liver harder than Tren does actually. But I’ve never had any of my ALT/AST/GGT ever be elevated (above ideal range), even taking orals and Tren. other people are vastly different though.

Tren can also affect your sleep or give you more acne ofc, whereas var is very unlikely to do that from what I’ve seen.

Keep test trt i would say.

Sounds like you should be adding GH over anything else considering you are looking for muscle fullness, minimal health impacts, fat loss (lipolysis) and can be used long term.

For good reason though, can’t believe I forgot to mention it. I still think low dose tren is a good option on top though 👀
