How to stay permanently debloated with low effort?

I know how to debloat pretty quickly. However I get some days where I eat slightly more, I snack on something small like peanuts , some chips or anything . Then I’m immediately slightly bloated the next day. I think this is a problem with gymcels in particular since we can easily over eat without feeling anything.

It’s brutal af especially cuz I feel like I look really good debloated but when I’m bloated I feel ugly as fuck and don’t even want to go outside

im acutally getting lean for the first time of my life

im on like a 500cal deficit and starve one day a week only eating like 800cals of protein that day

Thank you :feelsokman: . Debloat is law. Food is death. I already have enough muscle I’ll never bulk again ever.
