I found also, earlier looking into both.

That anti-aging maxxing. And Looksmaxxing don't totally or at all go hand in hand at the time.

Skin and stuff wise. Anti age maxxing goes well together with Looksmaxxing usually.

BUT, with body maxxing. Aka Packing muscle, being gymmaxxed. It does seem tototally oppose each other.

Anti age maxxing for body is: fasting, low calories and porteine.
While gymmaxxing body is: eating often, eatinggood amounts of proteine and calories.

For instance dr. Berg and dr. Sinclair. The Gods of anti aging.
They suggest and I guess excercise 4x per week HIT training.
They both are doing good on being low fat (comared to average for their age). BUT they looks like skinny twinks as well.

In regards to how to have muscle when intermittent fasting: If you eat enough calories and protein while not fasting, you will gain. So if you are doing some type of intense fasting where you daily calories don't AVERAGE out to put you in a surplus, you won't gain muscle. If it puts it in a serious deficit, or/and without enough protein, you will lose a bit of lean mass.

So it's a sliding scale of what you want to focus on..... benefits from fasting (many of which have been found in mice, which likely won't translate directly to humans), or benefits from eating enough calories/protein (maintain or build muscle). I'm sure there is a decent middle ground, but you can't eat 1200 cals a day and be putting on any meaningful amount of muscle. Also, I would time my meals around lifting periods.
