stop easy dopamine activites like porn, youtube etc for a while. Also make sure the first action of the day is something productive even just going out on a walk. If u wake up and scroll through ur phone, jerk off or use the internet ur days alrdy over.

U take Ritalin for a week or 2 straight and not leave your room, the grind will turn into a habit, just stop taking it after a week and don’t get addicted
