Binge eating usually happens bc of a mix of physical, emotional, and mental stuff. It can be caused by super restrictive deficit, stress, feeling bad about urself or just falling into certain (USUALLY BAD) habits. Sometimes its even about trying to cope with emotions. A lot of the time, its also that all-or-nothing mindset like “I already messed up, might as well keep going.” Over time, that binge–guilt–restrict cycle just repeats itself and gets harder to break if it’s not dealt with.

SO HERES HOW TO BREAK THE CYCLE

-BUILD MEALS THAT INCLUDE ALL 3 MACROS

Each fcking meal should have:

Protein → keeps u full
Carbs → gives energy + reduces cravings
Fats → slows digestion + improves satisfaction

-STAY HYDRATED
Being dehydrated causes hunger and cravings. Which makes ppl binge thinking theyre hungry when in reality theyre just dry as hell.
Habit ⭐✅:
Drink 1–2 cups of water before each meal.
Add electrolytes if you’re super active or low-carb.

SLEEP 7–9 HOURS
Lack of sleep increases ghrelin (hunger hormone) and drops leptin (fullness signal). That combo = binge
SO..
Go to bed at the same time.
Avoid screens 30–60 mins before sleep.

DISTRACT URSELF
Sometimes the urge to binge hits outta nowhere but if u distract yourself for even 10–15 mins, it usually goes away. SO HERES WAYS TO:

-Exercice (most recommended tbh)

-Read(not those stupid silly stories but a book that can learn u something and be useful)

-Walk (my fav cause u can do it anywhere)

-Or even learn a new skill
*As u can realize there r plenty of ways u can spend ur time so use it for something useful*

Also try include 0 cals drinks not only it will prevent hunger and binges, but it will also satisfy cravings (like coffees, zero cal sodas, tea)
