I never eat things that have much sugar except milk and protein yoghurt

Eat all with 0% sugar but sweetener. Even cookies and so on, at the beggining it might be strange but after 1 week you get accostumed and you like it anyways.

No I cut sugar for 5 months and it didn't do anything

Even my acne that the dermatologist said it will improve by cutting sugar didn't change

If you're cutting it for your skin then just use accutane or tretinoin depending on what you need

Diet didn't change anything for me personally in terms of skin
