title, i have this compulsive habit of clenching my jaw/biting my teeth, how do i stop?

I don't have to think about it anymore, after some time your jaw adjusts and it becomes uncomfortable.

dont personally have that problem bc i have really full lips, im just worried about masseter and buccinator hypertrophy

btw any tips for buccinator atrophy? other than swallowing with tongue only?
