you cant it's in human instincts same as dogs lions any animal really just bsically jump on other female and start humping. they don't think about romantical relationship. there is no way to change that. best I can give you is find a partner you really love and you'd prolly cage thinking abt fucking other girl than your own. The problem i found was exact this: most girls you know you cant build a real relationship especially while on forums like .org cuz they prolly outta your league so a tought of having pruposeful romantic relationship doesnt even enter your mind.
