How to stop looking like a 12 year old at 16?

How the fuck do others my age look like they're in their 20s with fully developed facial hair and jawlines?
Am I just a late bloomer or is there something that I'm not doing right?
I've been gymmaxing for 1.5-2 years and doing chin tucks for about a year.
My diet is alright, it's nothing fancy but I've basically cut out all the bullshit foods like sweets and processed shit that messes with hormones.
My voice sounds squeaky as fuck and the only things I get called from women are "cute" in a condescending way, but I'm never actually taken seriously.
They wouldnt consider me as a valid romantic interest but would definetly consider one of my colleagues because he seems more mature.
What do I do to fix a squeaky voice and what do I do to not look like a prebubescent cumstain?

I had the same situation as you, right now at 22 I can choose to socialize with the young kids still because I look like them, as opposed to guys who looked "their age" at 16, who now look like unc status
I sort of had an obsession with wanting to look older, even had the insane idea of buccal fat removal as a kid, turns out looking youthful is the best thing you could get looks-wise
