i dont get how you start mouthbreathing

like do you walk around with your mouth open all the time

just close it and breathe through your nose, get some nasal spray if you have problems

if you subconsciously start mouthbreathing during sleep try putting tape over your mouth, worst case scenario you run out of breath and die but its better than being a mouthbreather
