went out today and all i did was subtly look at peoples passing faces analyzing the reasons why they look like shit, like recessed infraorbitals or maxillary recession.
my head did not produce a single useful or normal thought. it was just like “ok im mogging these people” and then “fuck this shit im getting mogged rn”.
how can i genuinely just stop thinking of this shit out in public because one day im gonna snap. basically how can i make my mental health better
