Go to do sunbathing with clear skin from previous applying of raw butter / cosmetics, ideally by washing it off at morning (to build enough skin oil), or less ideal before sunbathing (still worth it).
This way the skin will not get any toxicity and pigmentation from heating toxins and from oxidizing butter on your face.
Apply raw butter on face after sunbathing, to heal better, to supply real moisture and raw nutrients, and just keeping skin care (because this is the point after which the skin care should be allowed to be started, since we'd wash it off at sunbathing days (entire summer) anyway).
Eat high DHA fish after sunbathing, to supply cells with DHA, which is needed for cellular functioning and for storage of light energy as electricity inside cells for future use (the purpose of sunbathing for rejuvenation).
This means, eat lower quality food before sunbathing (like meat and fat which has no DHA), and eat DHA food only after sunbathing.
Do not take lymphatic bath, cold shower, anything, after sunbathing, because vitamin D is still on the skin, after being converted from cholesterol, so let is absorb for the day.
Do baths and showers before sunbathing (after waking), because at that time a lot of hours from previous sunbathing has passed.
Show off your tanned body by walking outside shirtless and in shorts, only carrying a backpack or a belt pouch (I recently bought it, it's amazingly useful).
Tanned body and face are a health marker, so it's attractive, and it must be showed off.
