how tf do i supress my hunger without peptides or other appetite supressors? Im so fucking hungry all the time and i have a hard time stopping to eat
im aroung low 14% bf and want to get down to 10%

coffee in the morning and intermittent fasting. Drink the coffee while you're fasting and make sure there is not sugar or milk.
 
tirz, reta, or if you don't wanna take peptides, eat cabbage

so serious i lost 8lbs of fat in a month off just eating cabbage until i was full everyday

cigarettes or eat more satiating foods (same cals but less hunger) like fatty beef

jfl, i remember thats what those skinny influencers used to tell teen girls with eating disorders in 2012. doesn't work unfortunately

yeah i know but i have horrible fat distribution, i was around 13 % bf this summer, and still had chubby cheeks. I’m not cutting hard more like a 300 cal deficit

the reason that you have chubby cheeks is often not high body fat tho
 
Because ur body needs food to grow.
I eat around 2800 cal very nutritious diet, my maintenance is around 3200 because I’m very active, ill probably be fine if I cut for like 2-3 months, im already 6’1. Id rather look good now when im still young then look good when im old

Yes as I said I have pretty bad fat distribution, I’m not bloated at all
