how to take 1800mg gabapentin

im pretty sure the bioavailability is limited in higher doses. would splitting up doses (like every 15-30 mins) help to feel the effects of all 1800mg? im trying to achieve the equivalent dose of around 300mg pregab.

U would probably get diminishing results
Its as if applying x4 tretinoin .025% instead of applying tretinoin 0.1%
