How to take a mirror selfie for social media?

Is there an ideal posture, head tilt, facial expression, etc. for this? (for getting girls ofc). @ronald_2 said in a thread to keep the camera level with your face to minimize distortion but then this results in an awkward pose. What's better, looking NT but with a worse psl, or high psl but autistic? I've been trying to find the right balance of psl and nt for myself.

I assume you're not supposed to fake smile unless you got a naturally nt face, but looking too serious also looks kinda autistic so idk

And are mirror selfies even a good idea for sub-chads? Girls take them a lot but they play by different rules.

This is NT but what if you don't have this guy's giga-NT facial features to pull this expression off
