Depends on your free test, you might just have high SHBG
But definitely go to the gym you'll get better gains
Other than that I guess it should probably help you with talking to women

High test makes you more confident, lower inhib and more driven to pursue women so it checks out that it would help with that stuff if thats the case
I would check your SHBG and free test on your bloodwork just in case thoughbtw bc you're out of the reference range for free test
