How to take potassium chloride for debloating

I’ve been taking 500mg potassium chloride pills for the past months following the recommended dose of 1500mg with little results

Have increased the dose to 3000mg - 4500mg (6 - 8 pills) and have noticed more results

Becareful though because if you take too much when first starting you’ll get a lot of chest pain and feel like you’re going into cardiac arrest (possible side)

If anyone else takes it let me know you’re dosage and experience

Hard to tell any other sides since I take so much other stuff with it but chest pain is the biggest one for me

Tolerable but noticeable. Only lasts around an hour after taking large doses

An easy fix is to spread out dosage throughout the day but I’m lazy

I took it 2500mg had diarrhea for the whole night

it tastes like a metalic bomb too

my face is still retaining water

ahh a tablet I see

I took mine in powdered form diluite in water it tastes so bad

let me tell you sth the reason it's in 99mg per pill is bc higher dose would make a hole in your stomach lining

I think it’s an Australian brand but I buy it in Thailand and my pills are 500mg per pill

Your ratios might be off

Some get side affects of bloating in stomach idk about face but it’s usually because sodium to potassium ratios are off

I barely eat food with potassium so have no prob taking 3-5g a day in supplements
