How to take pottasium bicarbonate?

I got from the store today potassium bicarbonate in powder form ( like baking soda) . It does not have any instrucitons.
How much should i consume ?

If you have stomach aches when taking on empty stomach, take it after some food (not immediately). Split it to 2 or 3 portions through the day. Potassium bicarbonate is about 39% potassium. If you have scales,bmeasure total amount per day, like let's say 2g of elemental potassium, 2/0.39 = 5.12g of potassium bicarbonate.
