Let me know what will help. I wanna get a darker tan again but i want my collagen to remain good, what can I do?

tanning drops, mt2, beta carotene, lycopene + astaxanthin
not sure if any of these mess with collagen, just choose one of these

I’ll do mt2 since I’ll get more tan from less uv exposure which means that I’ll get less collagen damage and still a good tan.

melanotan 2 or sunbed
sunbed will definitely fry your collagen because they are mostly UVA rays, which are the MOST DAMAGING, but ALL UV rays are damaging. Even visible high energy light like blue light can be damaging, but the effects are less pronounced. There is zero reason to go outside without sunscreen or to use tanning beds in 2024.

I personally think tanning is silly since 99.999% of shitskins would kill their own family the be half a shade lighter, but if someoen MUST tan, melanotan is the only way to go that makes sense

Why do you want to get darker? Just take mt2 and use sp50 I guess. Tret before you go to bed also couldn’t hurt.

mt2 or fake tan. If ur freckle or mole prone dont use mt2 tho.

Genetics & gradually increasing sun exposure rather than burning your ass repeatedly (common sense). UVA lamp could also be effective. Increasing T, L-tyrosine, L-DOPA, and other melanocyte regulators.

Good foods are watermelon, beets, chocolate, carrots, sweet potatoes, eggs, tomatoes, etc

If you build up a tan you will have uv resistance and not take as much sun damage whilst living active lifestyle -> good for collagen.

Also watermelon doesn't spike your blood sugar. In moderation what exactly would be the mechanism for reduction in collagen?

Watermelon has a glycemic index of 72 and it’s high in fructose which is extra toxic. That shit is pure poison.

But a low glycemic load of 5. Fructose is only toxic if your glycogen stores in your liver are full. If you are active then if will just be fast acting fuel.

A fat slice of watermelon will be 20 g of carbs ~12 of which is fructose which is negligible if you work out. Then it's got vitamin c your daily dose of lypocene, potassium, copper, etc.

Just use melanotan so you can prevent burning and tan with less UV exposure. Astaxanthin works, it’s not cope but you have to use it for a few months and the change isn’t super drastic. Take astaxanthin and beta carotene for 2-3 months and then start tanning with MT2.
 
I’m just gonna use melanotan to get more tan whilst having to get less UV exposure. That way i do get my desired tan but still keep good collagen because I don’t have to fry myself in the UV light for hours.

it’s not just the melanin. Blacks also have more fibroblasts. What’s more, black people still get collagen damage jfl, even vantablack hyper niggers do, and no cracker will have that level of melanin. Just wear sunscreen

Yeah all u need is direct sunlight instead of forcefully tanning . I go out and drink my coffee outside for 10-15 mins and i come back more tanned every time

And i also work inside from 9-5 so i cant catch any good sunlight even if the weather is good.

Oh yea thats right i forgot you were in euro
But yes sunbeds work despite people here bitching about them, i used to use sunbeds for about 5-8 mins after i had taken melanotan , this was before the summer started , im pretty much now in a maintenance phase
