Is there actually any methods to get the skin tan besides using tan bed?

Consume colorful foods like carrot juice, sweet potatoes, red salmon, red peppers, etc.

use spf 30 and lay outside for an hour a day, 30 mins on your back and 30 on your stomach. then use tanning lotion if you want but it usually looks bad. and eat a big carrot daily

oh that sucks, i’d either just wait till spring or see if there’s any uv outside without sun and try to tan via uv

I dont see get a tan even when i be in the sun at summer everyday, should i try tanning drops?

i did it last year. mt2 + sunbed.

my skin was dark more than golden. it looked really fake.


my self tanner (liquid gold, bondi sands) gave me that gold complexion i was after

Mt2 makes my skin literal gold. My fake tanner made me yellow

Its injection or nasal spray. Its not dangerous if administered with caution
