How to tell if I just have adhd or also autism?

I've suspected I had it before but the issue is when I take online tests half the ADHD symptoms overlap with autism.

If you can't recognize facial cues and body language you're autistic.
If you have a shitty short term memory, trouble concentrating, and overly social in inappropriate settings :you have ADHD
