Is the only way to tell if u have good zygos and in my context I define good zygos as being able to achieve hollow cheeks at 8-11bf%
Do u have to lean out to a certain amount or will u be able to tell unless ur face is pure fat 25%bf

Some niggas are fat asf and there zygos pop out but most ppl usually have decent zygos but really visible in low body fats

try to lean done and debloat
