This is a simple guide on how to tell if your lean or just skinny, alot of people think being lean and skinny are the same thing, but they aren't this is just a short guide to tell which you are.
Being lean means you’ve built enough muscle to look good at a low body fat. Being skinny means you’ve never built the muscle in the first place.
1. Mirror Test
Visible abs does not always mean your lean if you have no muscle.
If you look good shirtless but small in clothes you’re lean.
If you look small both ways you’re skinny.
2. Shoulder-to-Waist Ratio
Lean = visible taper.
Skinny = straight torso, no width.
A lean guy will have visible definition and a V-taper,
while a skinny guy will look flat from the front and side.
3. Arm Size vs Waist
Lean = arms pop even at low BF.
Skinny = arms vanish when cutting.
4. Gym Strength
Lean = strength holds during cut.
Skinny = strength collapses with calories.
Guys again this is just a short guide, its not in-depth.
