what you actually want when chewing is masseter growth which makes your jaw wider

Whereas if you train the temporalis, it will give you a minecraft steve head effect

Its just a theory but i think u can achieve this by chewing in the same motion as the direction of the temporalis muscle fiber (chew up and backward like the green arrow) to shift muscle growth to the temporalis
