How to temporarily get unbloated?

I am quite lean i think 14%bf-12%bf (I thought i was closer to 12 but i hope and pray that i am higher that that)
This summer I am planning to go all out for one day and get as unbloated as possible to see if it will be worth it or If i should bulk up this is what I will do
  1. No food but lots of water(I dont know if this is wrong please enlighten me)
  2. HIIT workout in full jacket to sweat everything out
  3. 5grams vitamin C, 10tsp cream of tartar (5grams potassium)
  4. Coffee as a diuretic

What do you loosers think

Get drunk and you'll be significantly less bloated the following day, but It'll increase your general bloat after that

Yeah but don't count on it, it may also make your skin look bad or your face look puffy . I think its diffrent for diffrent people and reliant on wether or not you drink enough water or such. But It takes away a lot of bloat for me atleast if i haven't been drinking in a while, and I know if works for other people aswell.

heavy squat sets temporarily (for 5-6 hours) debloat me like nothing else. cardio helps too i guess
 
I eat no carbs, so my insulin is always low, which causes my body to expel water on constant basis. I've pretty much never woken up with a bloated face ever since I cut the carbs, always looks lean.

Cut out the carbs and drink 4-5L of water a day.

Yeah bro, but this is for one day only so I wont even be eating everything. If i look better, then ill do this long term and do it more sustainable. Thank

The best way to combat bloat is to keep yourself hydrated and not eat processed foods high in sugar.

If I drink shit like whiskey I get reduced bloat even later the same night as long as I drink enough water, but if I drink beer or alcohol with a lot of sugar I just get even more bloated

Ye sugar bloats your skin, but just drink beer or alchohol without it and you'll be fine
