How to thicken skin under eyes?

My infraorbitals are kinda recessed resulting in a slight darker reddish-purplish appearance under my eyes but I also think the color is a result of genetically thin skin in that area causing the veins and blood vessels to show through under my eyes.
Look at Shawn Mendes, his infraorbital structure is similar to mine but his under eye skin is more fleshy and skin colored

Any practical softmaxxes I can do to thicken under eye skin? Just in the meantime before I can get fillers. Can Retina-A help maybe?
