How were you doing it? I do it all the time to save calories, just stuff two fingers as far as they go and try to feel around your throat. Wouldn't do it with an object because you can choke. Kinda fucked if it doesn't work but yeah, you could try drinking a ton of water but it might not be a full vomit

Low key, just get diarrhea, it's substantially easier and less nasty. Vomiting is just such an uncomfortable experience in general, why would you want to subject yourself to that? Explosive diahrrea hurts like a bitch, but it kinda is cleaner in some sense, yk, it's liberating or something. If you throw up you just end up with a sore throat, something to clean up and a nasty taste in your mouth.
